Shelton Aviation is located at Raleigh Executive Jetport (KTTA), the gateway to Raleigh, N.C., and the Research Triangle region for corporate flights and recreational aviation.
The airport is centrally located and is just minutes from key destinations, including downtown Raleigh, downtown Durham, downtown Chapel Hill and the Research Triangle Park area.
KTTA services include contract Jet-A fuel, maintenance, avionics, crew cars, rental cars and more.
The runway is over 6500’ and can accommodate aircraft in excess of 100,000 lbs.
The Terminal is more than 14,500 square feet and is the business center of the jetport. It features a pilot lounge with two flight-planning stations, two snooze rooms, a restroom with shower, cable TV, a single-serve coffee machine and, for security, a live video feed of the ramp, so you can keep an eye on your aircraft.
Pilot Lounge
A space designed around what pilots told us they wanted for a safe, productive and enjoyable trip. That includes two flight-planning stations with printer, two “snooze rooms,” a restroom with shower, cable TV, a single-serve coffee machine and, for security, a live video feed of the ramp, so you can keep an eye on your aircraft.
Observation Deck
A relaxing area on the second floor, open to the public with rocking chairs overlooking the runway and other activity on the field.
Large Conference Room
A technology-enriched meeting space available to groups of all kinds that can accommodate 30 people comfortably with up to 16 seated around the large conference table.
Small Conference Room
A more intimate meeting space seating eight around the conference table, still with all of the technology you need for effective meetings.
Other Terminal Amenities
The bright, open building also includes comfortable seating, a free public computer with printer and a vending area with complimentary coffee and water.
Courtesy Car is available with fuel purchase, on a first-come, first-served basis.
On the field, a variety of spaces are available for aircraft, including tie-downs, T-hangars and a newly developed area for large corporate hangars with a public fire suppression system. Customers based at the jetport receive a discount on fuel.
